I’m Geof, a Registered Architect who recently made Cavendish my home. After decades shaping residential and commercial projects across New England, I founded Mountain Tower Studio to focus on the work I enjoy most: helping Vermonters improve their homes, properties, and small businesses through smart, practical design. My current work includes an adaptive‑reuse study for a local community organization, exploring how an existing structure can be transformed to support expanded program needs.

I specialize in small‑scale projects that need real architectural thinking:

• Kitchen and bathroom design with improved function, flow, and storage

• ADU concepts, planning, and permit‑ready drawings

• Residential and commercial site planning

• Additions, renovations, and layout improvements

• Small commercial space planning and fit‑outs

• Technical detailing for custom storage, workshops, and specialty spaces

• Second opinions on contractor plans or renovation strategies

I provide design clarity and coordinate with local contractors or with the team's clients already trust. My goal is simple: deliver practical, buildable solutions that make home improvement and small commercial upgrades easier and more predictable
